Looks nice, good price. If you are interested in it, take it for a drive and keep an eye on the FP gauge (to see if any VP44 or lift pump issues) and get it to highway speeds to see if it has any front end issues. Other issues are the trans, make sure it is not slipping.

I'm sure others will step in to say more things to look for

Looks very nice!
207K is a lot of miles on the rest of the truck depending on how it was taken care of. If it was a street queen and driven gently (doubtful with the mod list) it could be fine. If you get it, I'd be prepared to put some money into tightening up the front suspension. I won't own a dark colored DD ever again.

I like it, for the mods I'd say its reasonably priced, may be able to get him down 9500 or 10

He says new trans .. I would get paper work . ALLOT of guys say it has a new trans .. when it does not .
Ask him what converter is in it and also get paper work .

100HP injectors on a stock HX is not good , pull the air tube and check the play in the turbo fins .

With 100HP injectors and a raptor 150 , look at the PSI gauge for the fuel .. should idle 18-19 and WOT 16-17 .

IMO , he has put to big of a injector on it and has killed the turbo or cracked a manifold check those two well .

Looks Good. I would take it to a trusted mechanic first.

A per-purchase inspection typically runs about $100. Totally worth it! If the buyer isn't willing to let you get one, just walk away!

Second checking the turbo fins. Deff take it for a good drive doing alill bit of everything and also get a mech to check it for overall need of work.

front end, components, will most likely require some attention,
price seems reasonable, but could have been run hard,
if your over your head , pay a mechanic that knows diesels to look it over.
