So when I bought my truck a few days ago, I was intending on selling the rims that were on it and throwing the stock 20's back on (came with them). Now these things are starting to grow on me. Thought I was drifting away from the whole "blacked out" deal. What do you guys think about them? Too "off road"? Or keep em on?

What I wanted to do was two silver rally stripes and 22" SRT10's.

I was planning on taking the vinyl stripe off but if I keep the rims im leaving it..

It's up to you ultimately, but I agree. I think they don't go with the truck that well

Im not a huge fan of the rims, the srt10 rims are awesome, you should also look at KMC Slides they also come in 22's and you have the choice of black of crome, i would personally go black

I would say if you want to go with black rims to match the whole blackout scene... get a set of fuel rims that are black. they have some nice sets of rims, or even powder coating the srt-10 rims. I've seen the srt-10 rims powder coated, and they look sick! it all depends on how much you want to spend, and what you are looking to do with it

you should get a set out tinted headlights... they would look sick on your truck...

here this site has some good deals on most of the parts i buy from it...

2LH-RAM02G-RS SPEC D CRYSTAL HEADLIGHTS for 02-08 Dodge Ram at Andy's Auto Sport

i don't know bout the quality of these particular headlights, since i only buy the Dimension Lab ones, and they are a real quality piece

Hard to decide on the rims.
But I agree with the headlights.
I got the exact same ones (Spec`D) on ebay for $125. I picked them up myself at Spec`D so its not fake whatsoever.
You can take a look right here (ebay link is inside too):http://www.ramforum.com/f48/new_head_fog_lights_installed-27567/

The stripes look sweet. I agree - the wheels have to go.

Sold rims this past weekend. Got new depo led tails, look great. I also did plan on tinting the headlights like some of you mentioned. I have a roll of light film tint waiting for a warm day. New stripes will be ordered soon. Ill post up some pics.

Boo tinted headlights! bake em open and black em out, but BOO TINT!
That'll kill the already ****** light output from em!

But that's just my opinion. I love having TONS of useful light at night.
