What is a good rim offset for my truck

I am looking to buy some new rims and am wondering what would be a good mm offset for truck?? I'd like something that looks good and is offset by and 3/4" or 1" outside of the body....?? But is still kinda practical. They've got to be 17'' rims......

had a 03 cummins with -24 offset on a 37X13.5 about a quarter to half the tire was sticking out. so you might want to go alittle smaller

What size tires are you looking to run? And what's your suspension setup? I can tell you exactly what width/offset to order to achieve that look if you give me a few more details.

Right now it will just be 265/70R17....same size as my pic over<<< And it it leveled 1'' right now. Need to buy Torsen bar keys and then it will be 2'' leveled. Thanks

And by the way i like your truck. I have a buddy who has a similar truck. Got to love em' 3500s

A 17x9 -12 offset will put you right at that 3/4" - 1" past the fender.

Thanks a lot!! I have been getting kinda lost with the sizes and such of rims.
