No it doesn't bother me . I was going to let the dealer do it on the next oil change but that's 4 months away. I just wasn't sure if that ball would be ground out of round by then. I'd straighten it myself but figured the nut was under torqued if it was twisted?I think that is the passenger side stabilizer for the torsion bar? Those have a non-serviceable ball on each end. I don't think it is hurting anything by being in the position it's in. But if it really bugs you, take some vice grips & square it up.
No I just saw it yesterday when I was under it looking to see if I had fog light harnesses. I don't know if it is a cover or a solid piece of the linkage. I'm sure it wouldn't be a big deal to straighten. It only has 5000 miles on it and figured I'd let the dealer do it.have you tried to twist it back or move the link in any direction? how much movement do you have there?
Should I have the dealer take care of it. Twisted at about a 30 degree angle, the other side is square. Is it causing unnecessary wear and should be taken care of asap?

I would think the knuckle end (where the ball joint is) would be parallel to the centerline of the vehicle just like on the other side. If not held in position during installation, the shaft will move when tightening the stabilizer link, which is what I think happened on the line. It probably is not causing any problem at that angle.
If you have a concern, however, don't be afraid to have the dealer check it out. There might be a long term effect and the factory should be aware of it.

I think you are right. The top end looks like it is perpendicular to the bottom one? Makes more sense now.Close inspection of that pic will show there are two ball sockets on that stabilizer link . The link is intended to float between the two attachment points. JSYK
