What is the black rubber or plastic called that’s on the lower balance of the front bumper on a 2005 Daytona Ram?

I own a 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 Daytona and it’s in pretty great shape but had been stripped of a few parts before I bought it. I notice that other Daytonas have a black rubber or plastic trim attached to the lower balance on the front bumper and my truck does not. I can’t find it for the life of me and have no idea what to even call it. Anyone help me out here?

Not sure what it's called but I'd call it a front air dam or even a front lip.
