OP: It is a spark plug removal tool. A lot of the older bikes had them, and some of the newer ones do too, depending upon configuration and plug location. Also, a lot of other small ICE engines have them also, like chain saws, weed eaters, etc. Has nothing to do with your RAM.

Good thing we just now figured out what the picture on the OP was.........and there are not about 20 other replies on this thread from a month ago that say what it is! Does anybody actually go and read through the previous replies on a post first? Or look at the dates and realize the post is a month old?
