So I was looking for the plug for the courtesy lights under the passenger side and noticed this blue plug in the picture below. Was going to try and tuck it behind the panel but it is very tight!

Seriously do you have a trailer brake controller on your truck? I think that's the part of the harness you can use to plug one in if you don't have the OEM one. I might be wrong about that, though...

Yeah, I am not sure what that is.. You'll need to take the panel off and reinstall if it's that tight.

There is a number on there, can't read it, copy it and put it in google and see what it is.

Yeah thought about that when I seen it. Didn’t have time to copy it down earlier with the kiddos. I plan on putting it back like it’s supposed to be. I guess the previous owner was doing something under there unless it came from factory that way.

No, it has a push pin tab on it, it's suppose to be behind that kick panel. Let us know what you find out.

Ok, had time today to install my courtesy lights and check out the tag on the mysterious blue connector. Turns out it is for the satellite radio (68148257AD jumper cable).
