Lift or Level?

I recently purchased a 2015 Ram 1500 2wd Lone Star and I want to give it a more aggressive look but I don't want to lose ride quality. I know this has been asked on several other threads but the more I read the more I second guess myself.

What I am looking to do:
4.5" Maxtrac spindle lift (front)
*Unsure about the rear* but do not want the Cali lean
295/60/r20 with factory 8" chrome clads

I was considering just leveling the front and putting 295/60/r20 with the factory wheels on but some of the leveling threads have me concerned about losing ride quality.

Pictures welcome of your setup and any feedback!

Convert, for now.
Engine
small
I think 285's are the widest on an 8" rim, I could be wrong, but what about Bilsteins up front?

Hey how's it going? It seems like most people are running the 3" rear kit with our 4.5" spindles and are pretty happy. The best way to tell how much lift you will need in the rear is to measure your rake. Once you know how much rake your truck has you can figure out how much lift you want to do in the rear to get it level with the front 4.5" spindles. Please let me know if you have any questions, need part numbers or dealers for pricing/purchasing. Thanks!

I thought Bils only worked on the 4x4.

go big or go home

I have a feeling if I level I won't be happy with it so that is why I am considering doing the spindles and rear lift.

I measured my rake and I have 3" from the factory. I would like the truck to sit almost level or have a small rake after the lift is installed.

If anyone can link to pictures of a similar setup on a 2wd that would be awesome!

Nice, glad you measured. Okay so if you have 3" of rake and go up 4.5" in the front then the 1.5" rear spacers would put your truck at level. Or you can run the 3" rear and have 1.5" of rake. Hopefully someone with a similar setup can post some pics for ya...

I just saw this picture:

Would the Maxtrac part number 1906 give me this same outcome on my 2wd or is this truck 4x4?
