What parts do I need to repair this center console?

To tell the truth, it looks correct to me
But then again, a couple more pix would tell me more

If you currently have just a seat & cup holders in your ram
You will need a different plastic piece around the radio

I haven’t went and picked it up yet. I know I need a new radio bezel. The black plastic piece that looks jagged looked broken to me but I could be wrong. Seems like it would be a smoother transition to the dash

Your current setup should have a cover of some kind that wraps around from the area close to the gas pedal & around to the passenger left foot kick panel.
Whether it is held on by clips or screws, i have no idea

that part wouldnt be the same as the full console though rite?

Looks complete to me minus the front bracket that bolts it to the dash area. Those wing panels look correct too.
