I recently picked up a 2013 ram 1500 outdoorsman. Its two toned with dark blue and grey. Once the temperature warms up here a bit I'd like to start working on it.

I have no idea what color of wheels to put on it. It was on black and grey 20s on chinese tires at the dealership, but I didnt like them, so I had them take them off and lower the price.

I wanted to throw some black steelies like the vision soft 8 on and call it day, but with the dark blue, I'm not sure how it would look? What do you guys think would look good with this color combo?

I would go with 17's or 18's, just looking at that truck is screaming for some sidewall. The rebel OEM is incredible, they are cheap and no need for spacers OEM fit. I bought these from this guy simply amazing wheel, less the 800 bucks for 4 shipped to your door. The have machined and chrome as well, maybe better then black. That is just machined I was wrong no chrome, but machined is a better look imo, almost like stainless. Believe or else this tires are the same exact circumstance as OEM, no need for alignment or speedo work, although some say you should align. It did take a fair share of weight to balance but 4 years in zeero complaints.

I agree! I'm going to stick with 17's and throw some 35s on it. 80% of my driving is offroad due to where I live, so 20s were completely out of the question haha

I have always like chrome, but I am an old guy. I would also be adding chrome rims, bumpers, door handles etc. Might help bling out what looks like a pretty sedate paint scheme. I agree that 17 or 18" rims is a good idea. WAY more tire choices, and the tires are significantly cheaper.

My two all time favourite two tone pickups that I actually owned. First one is the most elegant looking pickup I ever saw, second is brash but stands out. Both had a lot of chrome.

I had a '94 1500 4X4 with that blue over silver color scheme.
I forgot that it originally had the blue tape stripe.
After multiple repaints form accidents and vandalism the tape never was replaced.
It was a great truck until a Prius killed it...
