so i just purchased a 2012 ram reg. cab short box the salesman tried to tell me its an r/t but dosent have the 22" rims or the 4.10 gears, instead 3.92 and is 4x4 and does not have any badges at all except the ram1500 and the 4x4 the grille is a chrome billet but yet the bill and ther computer all said it was r/t whats u guys opinion is it a sport?, express? bumpers are painted and has the 20" rims and befor tax was 35k thats in canada

Regular cab sport or express I'd say. What kind of interior? You got a pic?

Its a sport. Some of the early R/T's didn't have 22"s but the R/T's DO have 4.10 gears and a better torque converter. R/T's aren't available in 4X4 only rwd.

Like I said it 100% not an R/T. R/T's aren't offered in 4wd.

You could make it a r/t. Add a 2600 stall converter and 4.10 gears.
That's all the R/T is anyway.

If they told you it was an R/T when buying then i'd go back and raise hell since its not really an R/T like they said it was.

I'd love a RC 4wd but have kids so got a crew cab 4x4. Sport models are pretty nice trucks

yea happier with the 4x4 anyways tryin to find a black honeycomb grille though...but just confusing the dodge dealer down heres a real piece of work!

yea did only with the salesman thought...ill have to go see the manager jsut wanted to get some opinions since its on my bill and everything but i guess whatever their computer says the truck is it is lol

They probably charged extra for the rt package, which it doesn't have. Go back and stand your ground.
