Quick question: Will a 22x10 wheel/tire stick out the sides? If not any ideas on biggest tire that’d fit under a 2/4 drop on a fourth gen single cab?

It all depends on the offset/backspacing of the wheel. Most "off road" style wheels have shallow backspacing which is why they "stick out" more than "street style" wheels.
