Don’t know if y’all realize this but every dually pickup on the road has wheel spacers on the front.
Yeah I was going to mention that but I didn't want to stir them up anymore than they already are. A lot of tractors have them as well. Except for this gentleman that said his jeep wheel came off, I have never heard of an actual case where one has come off. Heard of some having vibration issues due to them being cheap & not hub centric.

Hubcentric for sure. the rear spacer on a hd will not be because of the axle.

I would think that the wheel stubs are a little more robust than on a pickup.did I over torque them it’s possible

My buddy has a2015 daully no stock wheel spacers on it and offset rims are not the same as wheel spacers because they are all one piece where as spacers are not.the stress is the same but there is extra failure points and how would you trim your studs.pound them out a cut them with a grinder or a gas axe ,plasma cutter?cut them in place or no

I have a set of 2" on my 2012. They've been there for over 3 years. No issues whatsoever. The only thing that suffered was my turning radius. Sorry, no pics from before.20230218_170946.jpg20230218_170903.jpg20230218_170914.jpg

commenting on proper install and maintenance, any platform. Every POS $50 set some fool buys off Amazon or Wish ruins the rep. Theres a gaping divide in reliability and quality between products. I did exhaustive research before I made the decision for me. I even called Lenny at Motorsports Tech (Bora) and fretted over every detail.
I’ve had my Bora 1.5” on for 2+months, wheels are 0 offset. I have had the wheels off 2x since the first re-check and the tq values havent budged…”Click”. With 2 different mfg Tq wrenches…yes Im a bit OCD.
Just buy QUALITY and install correctly.

Kind of my thoughts to. I haven't made the plunge just yet, but thinking about it.

Yep just need to make them part of the maintenance routine. Check them over for any signs of issues and check torque during tire rotation.

Eventhough my hubs were not that rusty, I wire wheeled them good and then Rainman Ray’s quantity of brake clean. Mounted new rotors and then my spacers. All new together. Re-Checked after a 20 mile drive, which sucked to do again, but necessary. Then twice more working on suspension over the past 2 months. They are high quality, perfect fit.
