Slapped the rims and tires on and tires stuck out quite far and threw everything on the truck. Installed flares and would like them to stick out a little past the flares. Tires are toyo 37x13.50x20. Do u think adding a 1"-1.5" spacer is going to cause to much stress on the truck.

bro you're gonna be wider than a lane in the road lol

Running 37's at -44 is already putting a lot of stress on the components. Adding spacers will be way too much.

You can do anything you want, just be prepared to change hubs out regularly, that'll be a LOT of stress on the hub

First off, yes it will add more stress to the front end components. As stated above, you're going to be changing out hub bearings and I'd be prepared for ball joints as well.

Second, I doubt you have enough lift to clear that wide of a stance unless you want to start cutting up a lot of stuff on your truck. I run a 9" lift on my 3500 which is equivalent to 10.5"-11" on a 1500 with 22x12 -40 offset and 37x13.5 Toyo's and I rub slightly near full lock. And that's after trimming some plastic. My tires are a solid 3.5" out past my OEM flares... so 4.5" past my fender. I'm sure your tires are out past any type of flare you have on the truck.

One more sorry I don't have hardly any pics that show the stance with the bushwackers installed. I won't be installing spacers it looks like. Kinda figured it would be too much stress but had to ask.

That looks like fuel maverick -24s. For example mine are only 20x10's and -24 look at my dish depth and compare, if yours are x12 - an extra inch on the outside plus another 20mm offset in the direction of a wider stance, yours should be revealing a much much deeper dish than mine.

Saw your pics in another thread. Are you just on a 6" or do you have a body lift too?

I'm not even looking/ considering your truck I'm simply looking at the rim itself not even the tire. The larger the offset the more the mounting face changes from the center of the rim. Now specifically on yours it would be -44mm, roughly 1.75inches now that's from center so that plus half your rim 6inches, means your mounting face is about 7.75 inches inset from the front lip of your rim, so back out some for the thickness of your 'spokes' so to speak call them 1.25inch means your rim should be revealing about 6.5inches of 'dish' yours visually looks like about 4 which is closer to the -24. At any rate if this raises a flag to you and you actually paid for the -44 and got the -24's, you could probably get the -44 for the mixup if that's the case which also would give you that extra stance your after. To confirm the size you really have just pull up your wheels manf spec and then go measure to see what offset it matches.

No it's got a 3" body lift on it as well. I also just installed a tgc 1.5 rear spacer and going to install the bill 5100s for more lift when i get back home. The pic sitting next to the 2500 is after lift and body lift.

Still looks like -24 to me especially given that's what I have with flares as well albeit smaller flares but still. Not trying to be argumenative, just sayin is all. Easy way to check for sure is to measure your backset and rim width vs manf specs, hey ive been wrong before so take it with a grain of salt

Was gonna say, you look alot higher than me. Thinking bout a body lift, but prolly get a tuner, heads, and tails first.
