Hello, I want to upgrade my 2500 from 17" wheels to factory 20" wheels. Tire size will also increase about three inches in diameter. Is there any downside to this beyond speedometer needing to be re-calibrated ? Thanks for any information you might have.

Nope, you won't have too much of an issue.
You might be able to get your dealer to re-program the truck for the larger stock size.
