I have looked high and low on the Internet. No luck. I and trying to hook up two camera to my head that only has on video source.

That just looks like a single male to 2 female RCA Y cable. The length is the only odd thing about it. Trying to hook 2 cameras to the same input may not work unless you're just running 1 at a time. Could just buy a standard lenth Y cable and extend it with regular RCA cable and a male to male connector.

You can get 2 in 1 out RCA av switches pretty cheap. They have a dial to select which source you want. Then run cables from it to the cams and monitor. Don't need to run the audio if you don't need it.

Where can you find one? Everything that I found is for home use. I found one with a dial but it’s for a subwoofer. I would prefer a switch but a dial would work also. I don’t need audio just the video.

The home ones will work just fine as long as they don't require external power, which most don't. The signal is the same. It's just a multi source Switch.

Quality mobile video has a selection of automotive ones of various types including 12V auto sensing ones that you can set priorities on.
