Like the title said, where can I purchase a set that is reasonably priced? I would need front and back. Is the dealer the only one who sells these at the moment?

I had the same thought.... talked to Matt over at Moe's and he said he could get me what I need to do this swap.... there's a catch tho.... an expensive one!

In order to swap gears in the front you have to swap the entire front axle. Something about the carrier being welded to the axle or something. Gears are a little beyond my knowledge but I was going to attempt the mod with the help of friends.

If you're serious about the swap, find a 13 or compatible truck in a junk yard with the rear end tore up and buy the front axle out of it. Matt also said that Mopar is our only current option for gears and LSD's.

Like Nick said, the front ring gear is welded to the carrier on all 2012+ trucks. This means that you have to replace the entire front axle because Dodge does not sell the carrier/ring gear assembly by itself. There also is not any support yet from the aftermarket companies, so the only option for rear gears is to go with the Mopar gears or machine your carrier to accept an aftermarket gear. No matter how you look at it, a gear swap in a 2012+ 4wd is going to be very expensive.
