I've never heard a borla in real life... But I've had flowmaster, magnaflow, and a cheaper muffler by lawson industries (insynerator 8").. Magnaflow was deep but no rumble, with or without resonators. I like loud though. I want to try the flowmaster "race" muffler.

Love my Magnaflow 14" set up... Ran a Flowmaster on my '12 Durango R/T and it droned like crazy!

If you have a 2012 or higher I doubt the tiny bit of drone you may get, would even happen. I'm at around 2400 rpms doing 80 and I don't hear my exhaust (8spd)

Ehhh....not really.

I like it a lot actually.

The only time It sounds like crap is when mds kicks on.

Then it sounds like buttcrack.

I've had flowmaster, magnaflow and MBRP. I by far prefer the MBRP. In my experience the quality is better and the sound is better.

You're not gaining any noticeable power from any exhaust.
