I also have to say Bulletpoint makes probably the best one. Mechanically connected to the panel mounts, I couldn't move this thing if I tried without loosening the locking nuts.
When I went to install mine, my 2017 Ram was missing one of the u-nuts, so I had to purchase some online and fashion my own (factory on the left, the one I fashioned on the right).
With two of those bolting it down to the panel mount, you can see how secure that sucker is. The u-joints of the Bulletpoint are also rock-solid, allowing you to put the phone wherever you desire and lock it into place. And it'll never come loose in the hot Texas heat either.
Granted, mine was gifted to me by my brother-in-law... so I didn't have to pony up for it! It's not cheap, but dang is it good, and they sell accessories you can mix-and match with as well on their website. This is the one I ended up with:
