Will Changing My Gears To 3.92s

It will make it faster, but for less money you can throw a higher stall tq converter in there and get better off the line performance without losing your highway mileage.

I have A Dead Spot When Shifting From 1St To 2Nd
1St Gear Is Like 50MPH Then Going Into 2ND From 55MPH To 70MPH
It's Sulgish But After 70 It's Picks Up Again

I bet the TB will help you out alot until you can get tuned. I saw a difference on my truck, even with the tuner uninstalled for the TB install.

It will make it quicker but I think top speed would be a little less.

Man im going through this same dilemma of swapping to the LSD and oem 4.10's..Id like to do the converter,But being that i have the 3.55's and no LSD im sure ill just have traction problems..I feel you on the sluggishness..At 70 and up the truck pulls awesome..I know my old 08 tundra would spank my 13' ram..It 0-60'd faster than my ram even with the 26" wheels on it but then again that transmission and 4.30 gears was awesome from an acceleration standpoint..Im prob gonna pull the gun on the gear swap and have them installed when i get back from offshore in july so maybe ill be able to get you some before and after vids to compare the rpm/speed differences!!!
