I feel like a such a ******** for not seeing the dint on my roof before signing the papers.
I have put 2 pictures here so all can see my problem. It is just above the driver, down by the windshield.
It took about 1 week before I seen the dint cause the truck sits so high, and at that point I was back to the dealership to see what they were going to do about it. I got the impression from them, that if I didn't have the pics of the truck before I bought it, then I may have been up a creek. The dealership took pictures and sent them to Chrysler. It took about 1 week for them to get back to me with the answer from them.
Chrysler at this point is going to pull down my roof liner and pop the dints out, and if the paint cracks then repaint my roof. I made it quite clear to them that there is to be NO FILLER of any type put on my truck...oh forgot to mention, at first Chrysler wasn't going to give me a rental.
I asked the guy at the dealership, if it don't come out then what is the next step for Chrysler, and he remarked lets wait and see if it comes out...I figured they would have had a back-up plan
I'm kinda pissed... a $50.000.00 truck and its at a "LETS WAIT AND SEE"
Has this happened to anyone here, and what was the out come, cause I refuse to have filler put in a new truck.
Oh I forgot to mention I'm having it done tomorrow, so input would be great
