I recently bent a few push rods in my truck after hydro locking it in a mud hole, truck started back up and drove out but with a fast knock, other than that ran and idled great, long story short, I replaced all of the push rods, reinstalled the rocker arms, valve covers, coils, etc. went to start the truck and it ran extremely rough at idle bouncing between 500-700 rpms, ran the codes because check engine light was on and I was gettin a P0113 for the iac sensor, and a p0157. Also showed multiple misfires on three cylinders. Since then I have changed the spark plugs (still had originals at 117k), coil packs, and the iac sensor but am still getting the P0113 and po157 for an o2 sensor. Truck will not start without giving it throttle and will not idle now, runs rough up to 2000 rpms but then smooths out. I believe I got water in my tank as well but have run a few bottles of dry gas and dumped some premium in. On a side note the exhaust tone almost sounds like it is underwater, if anyone could give me some insight I would greatly appreciate it because as of now I’m almost clueless. I will be checking the voltage on the iac tomorrow after work.

Maybe 2 or 3 inches over floor boards so I would say level with the top of the bell housing, maybe an inch or so higher. Definitely lower than valve covers, fuse box, etc

The muddy water could of definitely messed up you O2 sensors. They handle air/fuel mix on a warm engine so something to check out.

Other then that, my money is on vacuum leak especially since work was done up top.

Check everything vac related. Pcv, TB gasket, etc. Everything that was removed, disconnected or pushed to the side.

Also, make sure you plugged in your coolant temperature sensor :D
