Will the borla atak hemi v8 exhaust system fit a 3.6 v6 pentastar engine? 2020 ram 1500 v6

Hello I have a 2020 ram 1500 with the 3.6 v6 engine. I’ve heard that some have got good sound with v8 catback systems on their v6s. I am wondering will the borla atak v8 catback exhaust system fit my 3.6 v6 ram? I’m sure some modifications but overall is it possible? I rlly hate the s type system it’s too quiet and heard some nice v6s and wondering if this is possible. Open to other options too send links!

My $0.02 - putting on a V8 engineered cat back on a V6 may not net you the results you're hoping for. It could sound like an ill import vehicle...just saying, Brother!

If you're not going for a properly engineered V6 cat back system, then at least talk with Nick about a reso delete (I think the V6's have resonators..lol) and a performance muffler and tip(s).

When you are paying for a system, especially a quality one like Borla, you are paying for the engineering and R&D from them. They design the system to fit right, sound good, and to minimize or eliminate drone. Putting a V8 system on a V6, you will have to fab the connection point where it mates to the stock exhaust but it will fit otherwise, then I can not say how it will sound or if it will drone. It will be fairly loud, and I think that is what you are going for. May be worth looking into MBRP V8 kits as well then, a lower price point will be loud and have a deep tone for what it is. Borla and MBRP are going to have the deepest tones, which is what I would recommend on a V6. Most of the purpose made V6 exhausts are going to be louder than stock but quieter than most of the v8 kits.
