Truck will be leveled with Rancho quicklift in front. Looking at a set of 22x10 fuel renegades. They are available in a -13 and a +06 offset. I want the tires to be as flush as possible with the fender, but not risk rubbing. Will I be safe with the +06 offset and a 35x12.50r22 tire? Are there any other common 22" tire sizes? I'd rather go with something around 11.5" wide.

Anyone have pics of 22's on a leveled truck?

I just put on SRT10 22" with 33/12.50/22 with a +25 offset. I was rubbing on my upper control arm. I needed to put a 1/2 spacer on to stop the rubbing. There is another thread on 22" that shows how different off sets work.

You may need that -13mm offset with the deeper rim, and proposed 35'' tire.

I can tell you now im running -13mm on 20x9's w/ oem 275/60/20 tires, and im pushed out about 1.5'' out of the fender. Again thats with a 9'' rim compared to a 10''.

those rims are sick btw !

You'll need the -13 offset to run 35x12.5's on a 10" wide wheel. They definitely will not be flush with the fender and you will be trimming plastic to avoid rubbing.
