No, not unless damage to the vehicle can be proven as a result of the change.

The warranty has special language related to lifts, leveling, etc.

Technically no. Depends on the dealer. But they wouldn't void your entire warranty. Just if you had an engine issue if they wanted to be asses about it

Here's the (legal) rule of thumb: Your warranty cannot be voided or denied just because you made some modifications or used aftermarket parts. However, if there is proof that the aftermarket part or a specific modification caused the problem, then your claim can be rejected. (But not just because their service guy "said it". They need to prove it).

Save your money. The factory airbox is actually a better Cold Air Induction than the K&N system. No joke.
