Window Channel Replacement

Wasn't sure if this should be in interior or exterior forum so I just put it here.

When I bought my truck it had the window channel vent visors. I'm not fond of that type so I removed them. However now I get a little bit of wind noise due to a bad seal on the side windows from the ventvisors messing them up. It's getting pretty annoying so I'm ready to do something about it. So I'm wanting to replace the window channel/channel seals.

Has anyone had any experience in dealing with the window channels? If so what does it take to replace them? Also where can I purchase new ones?

Sorry bud. I have no idea. I haven’t messed with a Ram window channel.

They sell them every day at your dealer parts counter. There is not likely an aftermarket for window channels or tracks or even door seals. They are a low demand item.
Usually I go to them to get the correct part number and look at their assembly drawings to see if it's worth the trouble of pulling them at the wrecking yard.
Even the wrecker will charge 1/2 the price of a new part and you'll be stuck with whatever condition they may be in.

Rock auto sells them. You need to remove the inner door panel and the window. It's not a difficult job and don't take long either
