Window falling off track

I have a 2002 1500 and my drivers side front window falls out of the supports when I roll the window down. Is there a fix for this without having to buy a whole new regulator? The regulator itself moves up and down smooth but the two parts that actually hold the glass seem to be worn out.

I think you can buy just the plastic part at the bottom of the window that holds it in the track and just swap it out. IT sounds like that could be the issue if not the track itself
