I was just wondering, has anyone tried installing the wireless charger from the 2019 models into the 4th gen yet? I want to try, but don't want to reinvent the wheel. Thanks!

If you want wireless charging these are made to fit the 4th gen. Would be much easier to install.

or cheaper yet would be a magnetic mount / car phone holder / wireless charging cradle. I got one for my wife's car for $40.

May not apply to you, but in hot climates I find the wireless chargers not ideal, as I tried three and returned them all.
Wireless charging is slower and for whatever reason makes the phone hotter than wired charging, so the thermal throttling tends to make the charging pretty slow and won't be topped off by the time you usually arrive at your destination.
IMO, stick with wired "quick charge 3.0" fast charging, like this one: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01KZHKF4I/
