Wishing for remote keyless entry

I bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Classic early this year and I'm happy I did. I would like to add remote keyless entry to it. Truck only came with a basic key and it's a pain to lock all doors although I do have power locks.

Has anyone installed one of these on their truck? Do i need anything else besides what it's shown on these pictures?

You may want to look into adding the factory remote keyless entry with AlfaOBD.

The Viper does not add auto lock/unlock. It adds an alarm system to a vehicle that is equiped with factory lock/unlock and replaces the factory fobs.

As to cost, I THINK you can buy the OEM remote start kit with the new RFHub, 2 key fobs, a new hood latch, and all the wiring you need for $275ish, then you’ll have about $150 in the OBD interface (OBDLink MX+) and AlphaOBD download.
