2011 Ram 1500 5.7 Won't start . Read article on here & used info to test mine. Very low voltage 1.5 volts & varied on fuel pump fuse 25 . Pushed meter lead on it
& closed fuse cover on lead to hold in place . Got 12 volts & truck started. shut off & tried again. Low volts & won't start. After a few cranks got 12 volts again & it
started. Shut key off & 12 volt showed on fuse with key off . Swapped relays , no change. Hate to replace fuse integrated module , cost & not sure that is the problem.
Already spent a 12 pack working on it. Any ideas ?

When I read your post, I thought voltage regulator. Have you had that checked? When you can get it started, any symptoms of that failure? Pulsing lights etc?

As far as I can tell . Cranks good, charging system good . Intermittent fuel pressure . Caused by low voltage from control module .

You can bypass TIPM on fuel pump relay or ignition, just search tons of stuff on it. If you can't fix it "proper" and need to be somewhere.

If it IS the TIPM fuel pump relay and you don't mind soldering, you could swap the fuel pump relay (on the TIPM board) with the horn relay. They're the same relays. Or buy a new one on ebay for $10 or so, and solder it on the TIPM board. There's a youtube video how to do it.

I have done what is stated above wasn't that hard still running fine 4 years later saved tons of money just make sure you buy a good solder gun with a very small tip.
