I poked my head under the truck this morning and noticed something was leaking around behind the front passenger tire. Turns out it's the shock, it's shot.

Now for most people this would suck. However, now I told the wife and explained I may as well install the bilstein 5100's. :) No problem.

Finally get to level things out a bit. I'm tired of rubbing my nose on parking blocks... it's a truck dammit!

(Just had to share this with people that would understand)

Nice. I have been thinking of using this excuse on my wife as well, the shocks are going bad, might as well upgrade.

I have noticed that on long trips, the ride begins to degrade after a few hours of driving. My truck only has 18k miles on it. I'll likely install 5100's on all for corners after the first of the year.
