I'm considering adding an onboard compressor. I'm leaning towards engine driven as well. That brings me to my question. Whould you go with a York 210 or a Sanden style compressor? Why would you choose one over the other?

I'm not considering any 12v compressor at this time.

I've run both. Main advantage with the York is it has a crankcase for oil, where the other style does not so you'll need a lubrication system on the intake (suction) side then a separator on the discharge (pressure) side.
The downside of the York is it's size. That's why on my Samurai rock crawler I used a stock AC compressor with a separator that I can drain back into the suction side. The York sits on a shelf.
