No he meant the gross combined vehicle weight rating. So the weight of the truck plus max tow capacity. My hemi is somewhere around 16,000 lbs

My bad the gvw is 6950 and what they advertise as there max towing capacity is 9200 so it has to be in the 16150 range I don't know for sure.

This Can*ck don't give a f*ck. I'm tempted to start a thread and use that as the title after seeing the snowbird rigs we've seen this week. This one get's my "Not only no but hell no" vote. I also feel that the graphic is a bit understated.[emoji51]

Well, it is a "limited" and a 4x4 so that #1725 hitch should be no problem.[emoji15]
Let's all just hope he's got a catch can.

Here's one we can actually argue. This looks doable. Still takes stones, but doable.

I'm just curious are you rolling around the camp site to see what you can find? And I'm going to say no go not in a larmie maybe a tradesman 2wd that had about 1700 lbs payload vs the larmie's 12-1300.

Were it a bumper pull I'd have no reservations. Not a 5er though. Not enough axle.

Not a new fifth wheel I would pull a early 2000's 28 ft trailer pin weight under 1000lbs

I've got two worthless dogs that insist on being walked and no social life to speak of. Walk enough of these places and you see some balsy sh*t. I just try to chronicle it for education and amusement.

It's funny... if I didn't know what I do now, I likely wouldn't have thought twice and latched that big sum-***** to my Laramie and hit the road. What's even funnier- likely would not have had a single issue the whole time.

Funny how knowledge makes us so judgemental. I am guilty of it.

Sure seems like a lot of 1/2 tons pulling fifth wheels, most of them seem pretty short and don't have any slides over the bed witch helps a lot.

Thinking back on it in 2009 pinks all out was at ennis and I atended as the day went on we were walking through the pits checking out some cars and my dad and I stumbled upon a lincoln town car ( or one of its 2 brothers ) and it was pulling a enclosed trailer that had a beetle in it I just remember being baffled and couldn't believe it. It was hooked up with a WD hitch and everything I thought to my self no way untill I looked how it was hooked up. I really wish I had a pick from back then.
