It’s just an off the shelf Moog joint, I would contact Zone as it is most likely a larger diameter spline fit since they are heavy duty arms.

if you have the downtime press it out and bring it to the local auto parts store with a micrometer/caliper.

Zone actually has a list of all off the shelf compatible ball joints somewhere. One of mine has a leaky boot but I just pump 2 pumps of grease in every once in a while. Besides. You never want to pump in so much grease that the boot is stretched and swollen anyways.

I have an issue with my passenger UCA as well, any thoughts on this?

And no, it’s not overfilled. And the driver’s side is fine.

My grease nipple did that before too. Used to just wipe it up and call it a day.

The boot on mine was all cracked and brittle, that's why I think it tore. I probably over filled it also. Oh well. The UCA I've had brand new for about going on 2 years I think. About 15k miles on them So the life on the boot would be around service life for it?
