I can't believe I am even thinking about this... Should I do it or not? Does it look odd with the Cooper Zeon tires and a 2/4 drop? I could probably swap out for some street tires but would need a buyer lined out before hand. I would also have to sell my Powerboards to fund this little adventure, since I won't be needing them any longer.

How about a lift? It would make backing the boat in the water that much easier and allow you to get into more remote areas for 4 wheeler trails.

I really don't want a lift. To go up any higher would cost way more than a lowering kit then I would want 35s... Also, I put about 25k miles on the truck a year, so the added cost of fuel would not be good for me.

I have no issues with the boat ramps I go to, my rear tires never touch the water. And I never really have a need to get into remote areas to ride the 4 wheeler. The place I normally go has a gravel parking lot, just unload the 4 wheeler and go. Lowering would make it easier to load though...

I love the look of a lifted truck, but it's just not practical for me.

Install won't be too bad. I have already had the front end apart to install the level spacers and the rear apart for the airbags. Which reminds me, I will also be able to sell my level spacers, forgot all about that! I paid $90 for those ********!
