Well, I took a comparison picture during the day when I was changing them
over. You barely tell the stock one is on. The difference is dramatic and the night shot is ridiculous. I'm glad I finally did it because I have the RECON led brake light bar on the cab and then those faint yellowish looking stock lights on the licence plate.... Even though I couldn't see them, I knew others could. LOL

As you can see they are bright and fit perfectly now with my wheel well lights and running bar lights.

I haven't driven the truck since the swap out so I can't comment on any error codes yet.

Haha, yes I drove with headlights on. No codes. However, like another poster said earlier, they are so bright it does give a glare in the backup camera.

I like them, and for now I'll tolerate them, but I wouldn't buy them again.

Live and learn.

I replaced my bulbs with these bulbs below that were supposed to imitate the resistance so there would be no errors. I put one in and no problems. I put the second one in and everything went to hell... Information center went dark, error for the lights, error on the backup sensing bumper. Had to put the regular bulbs back in to get everything working again!

Ya know... After a week of night driving I'm going to take back my original statement.

In all honesty I would buy these again. There have been NO codes to speak of and I am use to the glare in my backup camera.

Hey Tomb...i drive an ignition Orange ram, being seen from a mile away is Not a concern for me. LOL
