Another Capacity Question

Hi All,
I am trying to figure out my towing capacity. Here are some pics. I have an 07 1500 Mega Cab and have looked around online, but can't find anything definitive. The wording on the bumper that is also attached has some numbers (500# tongue / 5000# trailer weight) but does that mean for the bumper only (as if I were going to tow from a hitch on the bumper)?
I don't see any markings on the actual hitch connection that has any data at all. Do any of you know what the capacity for towing would be for this truck?

I went to THIS site and it doesn't give me the option to select 4X4... not sure if that would matter.

The standard powertrain for the Dodge Ram 1500 and 2500 Mega Cab models is a 5.7-liter Hemi V8 making 345 horsepower at 5,400 rpm and 375 lb.-ft. of torque at 4,200 rpm. A five-speed automatic transmission is standard. Maximum towing capacity with this powertrain varies from 7,200 pounds on a 1500 with 4WD to 10,800 pounds on a 2500 with 2WD.

Thanks all for the responses. I just went out and bought a travel trailer. While there, they guy showed me THIS from the Trailer Life Towing Guide. Valuable info. Not sure if anyone else has posted that yet.

I tow a 27ft Checkmate with no problem with my 08 1500 and I am guessing boat and trailer full of fuel is almost 6K
