i fouind a good deal for a bully dog 40415 tuner on ebay so i bought it (probably my first mistake) anyways, the dude said he unmarried it from his truck but when i plug it up to my truck and the tuners screen comes on it has the make and model of his truck at the bottom under the bulldog. then it goes to the screen where it shows all of the gauges and stuff and it says initializing communication on it and never does anything. when i try to change the vehicle on the tuner it brings up and error code and says i need to download an updated version from the update agent. well ive tried doing this several times and it still does the same thing. any help would be appreciated. thanks
