^ I tell you what. Dealerships are your best friend when it comes to sales. They will scratch your back.....wash your feet in milk...feed you grapes. Just your best bud.

But, when you go to the service center, it's like ordering a burger at In-n-out burgers. Your just a number waiting in line to order a part or get service done. They are not personal and could give a ****.

I just wish the same "customer service" is applied equally between the departments of the dealership.

OP get chrysler involved tell them the entire story. even though it wasnt sold to you as a "certified" used they may still be willing to help since it was a chrysler dealer that sold you the truck.

when dealers get chrysler knocking on their door they most of the time kiss the customers ass.
