What did they say exactly was the problem with the exhaust manifolds? Is the truck stock?

I wouldnt let them repair anything unless they are sure that it will fix the problem.
I would take it to a reputable independent garage and get their opinion.
But first get ours, more details are in order :)

p0300 could mean almost anything..it's like a p0700 code..there should be followup codes to get to the root of the problem.. can you give us more details of your motor? any mods?

I replaced the EGR valve two years ago, wouldn't I receive a code for it going bad? Is there a check I do do to test it?

Is it running/idling rough? How many miles are on the truck and how many on the spark plugs?

It only idles and runs a little rough first thing in am and not all the time.Once I give it some gas it runs fine. Plugs have roughly 3000 miles on them I had new ones put June this year.

I'm not sure if I'm reading these results right but it looks like it's finding a fault on Bank one. One of the things that can cause a p0300 is a bad front O2 sensor. You could try swapping the front O2 sensors to see if the error follows to the passenger's side.

again, what plugs are you running? hemi's don't like platinums or iridiums..causes undo resistance in the coil packs and over workin them...

Not sure on plugs, I may have to pull one to see. You really think an o2 sensor would cause the P0300code?

I pulled a plug they are champion RE14 MCC4, shouldn't there be some sort of gel in the pack to help make contact to the plug?

good, your using stock coppers so it rules that out...are your P0300's random or do they pop all the time? Are you seeing performance or driveability issues?

Starting to see more often, no issue other than slight hesitation in engine till I get going and it clears right up.

Here is a copy of the test results I ran today. I changed the plugs and cleared the light, I also put in a new ignition coil, plan on moving it around if light returns.

I have trouble reading the diagnoses, but if we knew the hierarchy of the tests performed then we might know what test didn't pass or not performed keeping the other tests from being completed. Just a thought..
