unable to get the engine to crank over good enough to get compression, I think the computir is seeing the coils unplugged and wont let it crank properly, I have strong battery.

On my 03 I can crank the engine with the coils unplugged without issue. I think you have something else going on..

How hard is it to crank it over by hand? Meaning with a 21mm socket and 1/2" drive ratchet.

If you can't turn the motor over using a breaker, then stop and pull the valve covers to inspect the valve springs. Maybe the dealer really did mean HEADS.

That is what they want to do is replace the heads. Wouldnt that also consist of checking and fixing any valve problem?

Unless the head it self is cracked or damaged, it is all about the valves otherwise.

Yes it runs good, but when trying to do the compression test I remove coils and a plug from each cylinder, it will barily turn over. Thinking its the computor not letting it crank prperly. Does how slow it cranks going to affect the compressiom test?

It should spin freely with a spark plug pulled from each cylinder. I pull the fuse to the fuel pump and unplug the throttle body, then prop the butterfly open. The engine spins at least twice as fast as normal startup. Turn the engine over three compression strokes and record the reading. Move to next hole and repeat.

Mine doesnt, it will only turn over normal with the coils in, can I do the test by removing one at a time?

When I did my compression test I removed one coil pack and spark plug at at time. Also because of the TIPM there isn't an easy way to cut power the fuel pump so I ended up disconnecting the fuel line and running it into a gas can. You could also unplug the injectors or prevent the injectors from getting fuel by holding the pedal to the floor.
