From what I found the transfer case is a m10x1.5 thread and beer tap are 3/8-16 thread
Not sure if you'll be able to find a readily available adapter

Started prepping my bed do to the spray in bed liner Saturday. This truck has had a drop in POS bedliner it's entire life.

So, went from this:

I am planning to get it sanded down tomorrow during the day, so then all I have to do Saturday is spray it

Should look great, I love my spray in liner. This is my third truck with one, I couldn't see not having one, kind of like rain guards.

Thanks! I hated my drop in liner, and after seeing what was underneath, I hate it even more!

I had a spray on in my old 05 and absolutely loved it! I just can't justify spending $6-700 on a line-x or something similar. So I'm doing it myself!

Yes sir! It will be here tomorrow! I have a Truxedo cover sitting in the garage that will go on after it's done.

Haha sounds great! It really doesn't look that hard... just tedious. A lot of sanding, taping, covering up and spraying!

Finished the bedliner today! It looks awesome, I couldn't be happier with the results!

Thanks to Tony for all his help!

Tape job... this part was the biggest pain of the job right next to sanding down the bed
IMAG0637_zps0plss9vq.jpg

From there it is simple, just point and spray. I think we ended up straying right at 65psi. The spraying part only took about 30 minutes for the entire bed and tailgate. We had one incident where the paint peeled back and bed liner ended up down the side of the truck. Fortunately quick thinking got it removed using rubbing alcohol.

Here is the finished product, I absolutely love the feel and look of it. I am letting it dry for a couple more days before I put on the new roll up Truxedo tonneau cover.

And of course, we couldn't let a sunny day go by without a little photo session!
