That truck was bad ass and the bed is going to look bad ass on the black truck with everything being shaved.
Since you seem like the all around guru to rams lol do you know the speaker size on the door.

6x9" front, 5.25" rear. Though its beej said both ways whether a 6.5" will fit in the rear or not.Since you seem like the all around guru to rams lol do you know the speaker size on the door.

You've said that, but iirc, Chris said he had problems getting the door panel back on.a 6.5" will work, ive done it in 10 different rams so far

I personally want to run 8" subs in the front doors, a pair of 6"/6.5"/6.75" in the rear doors, and a pair of 3.5"/4" in the dash. I just love the idea of frontal bass.my black truck i actually just unhooked the rear speakers, any sub box that goes behind the seat instantly covers the speakers, my old 92 chevy had the rear speakers right beside your head, and let me tell ya, you couldnt miss them when they got to playing lol
Well yesterday was very interesting to say the least, long story short, a old buddies show truck wound up wrecked and on the vehicle auction lot, i lost the auction for the whole truck, but i did make a dealw ith the winner to get the bed of the truck, anyways here is the truck in its better days...
And here is how i found the poor thing...
Anyways onto the point, here is the bed, obviously its going to get repainted but the perk of this bed is that the stake holes, roll pan and gas door are all completely shaved and the fuel filler has been relocated to the inside of the bedthe bed isnt perfect but its a really good start, the tailgate is shaved with full tailgate handle relocation kit and while the face of the gate is has some dents the tailgate is decent...
After close inspection me and my painter are going to redo the roll pan and we are going to reuse my tailgate from my black truck, the custom tailgate is going to become a wall hanger.
I hate seeing customs destroyed but my friends truck will live on through my black truck project
That truck looks similar to hemi Laredo’s
Although 8's in the doors isn't impossible, that's a lot of cuatom fabrication work. Remember, subs (depending on make of speaker) require very specific air space in the enclosure. It's not as simple as slapping speakers in a hole.I personally want to run 8" subs in the front doors, a pair of 6"/6.5"/6.75" in the rear doors, and a pair of 3.5"/4" in the dash.
