So i just picked these up today for a hell of a deal.
They definitely need to be refinished though. There is pitting on all of the wheels.

Now, my thought was to get them sandblasted/beadblasted and either redone Chrome, or even possibly black. A picture of my truck is in my signature. Give me suggestions on what would look best.

What do you all think? Ive never had to refinish a wheel, so im not sure where to start.

IMO, that wheel looks best in chrome. I have seen them black and even ran the black/polished Eagle version of it on my 07. Chrome looks the best.

Since you have chrome bumpers keep them chrome. Not that I wouldn't do black either

Personally i would like to keep them chrome, im just worried about the cost of refinishing them back to Chrome.

Yea I like them better chrome.
I'm gonna try to figure out what it costs to refinish them chrome.

If it ends up being too much then they may end up all black.

I like them in all black, I'm not a fan of those small silver parts. Im going to see a Powder coater tomorrow and see what he thinks is best.

I say get em powder coated to match the truck. That'd be TRICK!

I think that would be too much grey.
I had a thought... Maybe a dark gunmetal? Not quite black, but not mineral grey. Thoughts?

So the wheels are dropped off with the powder coater today.
I decided to go with matte black, i couldnt find a gunmetal-type powder that i liked.

I should have em back in a few weeks.

yea buying 35's is going to be a *****

nope...the 4.5" backspacking on the wheels gives me plenty of room behind the wheel.

Cool i was concerned about that.
I was hoping that i could get 35's and run them on my truck with just the 2" level until i can get the lift.

i'm not sure, they might stick out too far that when you turn the tires hit the fender

At full lock, how much room do you think you have between the tire and fender?

35s are really only about an inch bigger than 33s.
