Wow.

Nice JJ Looks great

I freakin' love it. ;)

ahh, no need for pm - here's the link!

2013+ Dodge Ram FX-R HID Projector Retrofit

Pricing depends on a LOT of options........like if you need the '13 lights to begin with, the adapters to make them work in the trucks that didn't come with them, etc.

My total setup, at my current prices would run right around $1,600. The "standard" 50W retrofit with new '13 lights and adapter, with the option of the Osram bulbs (not on the site, email only) - the bulbs alone ran $185. But, they ... kick ass! Best there is, hands down.

was your cutout open?

Of course. :evillol:

My 14 doesn't have projectors. What are my options to get more light without changing to projectors?

Thanks JJ. Sounds reasonable. It says they are backordered until mid January with new/improved kits coming. Should I wait?

well........not much of a choice. I don't have parts right now (UGH!)

Found that there was a small supply of ballasts that went out with an igniter issue, so they are beefed up on the next round here. LOTS of those coming in mid Jan. Order when you'd like, first come first served on the stuff when its in my hands (though I am stockpiling $$ to order up a frackload of them!), so hopefully I don't backorder as soon as they arrive too. lol

Will the backorder kits be any different than the current kits? I still have to order a set of fogs. Looks like its a waiting game now.

They'll look 99% the same.

Only visible difference is my new logo etched on the ballasts. LOL

But, the internal igniter will be beefier.

That is truly impressive output, Jeremy.

What Jeremy says about the recall is true. I got one of the ballasts mid December and one of mine was affected by the faulty igniter.

The light output on those are pretty darn impressive. Big difference compared to standard drop in kit, then again no drop in kit will cost $1,600 either. If I could get the lights to cooperate those would be the route I would run.
