ok so i finally got a chance to install this on my truck and i couldn't really find a how to as simple as it is but i just found it a lot easier to take the springs out instead of trying to shove it in the spring like the instructions say to so i made this simple how to hope it helps some of you guys

first things you do is put your truck on stands take the wheels off i didn't take a pic but i supported the rotor with the floor jack to lower it once i got the shock and end link off

next your going to take off the bottom shock bolt i forgot what socket size

then take off the rear sway bar end link ijust use a crescent and 7mm socket

once you got those 2 undone and you lowered your rotor to have the spring fall out this is were i found it a lot easier to install my way the top of the spring is were you will put the bag

once you put the bag in put on the protector thingy

i forgot to take a pic of the air line but it goes over the brass barb on the top of the bag with a tiny hose clamp

next your going to run the hose through this opening it is the center whole of the upper spring seat

after that lift your rotor back up and bolt the end link and shock back on the start running your line i choose to run it to the back

i saw this from chaneys truck and liked the idea so i copied it lol

also i filled my bags to 30 psi before i set it on the ground that way it filled the spring as to not pinch or put the bag in a bind i drove around felt smoother got home dropped the psi to 10 drove around again still a smooth ride i wont get a chance to test it till we move again since thats when my trailer comes back out although its a small one i was just worried on bottoming out when hauling since im dropped

Has the ride changed?
Which kit did you use?
I heard with a lowered ram you use a Cherokee kit?

Cool beans.
Why not install the 'T'? If one side fails I don't want the other staying inflated. Can't think of a practical reason for needing to balance a load.

Well mostly from time to tine i do carry uneven loads and if i had the t it wouldnt sit level i rather adjust it side to side mostly for my comfort

Basically to keep the truck from sagging under load and i also use it for a bit of a smoother ride

for any Canadians, I got mine from lowriders.ca for $112 incl shipping.
I know they're $88 anywhere to the US but we know that does NOT include us...
If you're going to 'Tee' the lines spend $4 and buy a brass 1/4" barbed tee union from almost anywhere. the plastic one they give you is just begging to cause you some headache.

Oh wow you do not have to take off the wheels or the springs to install. You simply jack the rear up and squish air out of the bags then slip through the space of the coils. Wire up and drop the truck test then drive. You took the long way on this although I am impressed by that seems like a lot of extra work.

Thanks for showing me how to swap out the coils though!

Lol no problem on the coil swap but to me it was alot easier to run the line and push it on the barb on top the bag while its off i cut my hand on the center hole trying to install it together lol

Is this only for 4th gens? Or can it be adapted to other years?

For older models it won't be like this you'll need other helper bags the mount on your axle or my buddy fron work has some kind of air shocks you can inflate and deflate but jis is a silverado

So long as the coil diameter is the same width, and no shorter it wouldn't matter.
As to taking the wheels off, I found it easy to get the line onto the bag's barb by just reaching through the wheel well over the tire. I didn't even own a jack with a high enough lift to GET my tires off when I installed my bags.

I to seen that you can install these with out taking the coils off. I have been asking around. How do you guys like the Air Lift 1000? I am pulling a camper with 900lbs of tounge weight and I would like to know if this set up will be enough. By the way I am using a weight distribution hitch too.

You can install without taking the coils out, just have a pry bar ready and make sure not to rip the bags, overall pretty easy install
