Most guys just put a piece of electrical tape over the little LED light if it bothers them. You can also just disconnect it when you have the console down to install the Homelink.

You'll love it super nice to have... One little tip, when your programming your Homelink, unplug the garage door opener if it uses rolling codes. It'll save you frustration down the road.

In response to my hours changing problem, the dev said it's not communicating fast enough to do the procedure. Not sure if it's a problem with my OBDLink or Alfa but is working on a fix in Alfa to try and speed it up. I will keep you guys posted.
Any update on this?

On my YouTube channel I had a lady comment today with this exact same problem. She then used a Windows computer and it worked perfectly.
She also said that she was using Android version 5.0.2
she says more than that, but I can't remember it all exactly. I can give you a link in just a second.

No. Contract Alexey at AlfaOBD and you should get an emailed link to the windows version.
Good as gold baby.
Let us know the outcome.

Yes you need to pay for both. I had to but you get a discount if you purchase both

I've tried searching through here and on Google and can not find an answer. I have a 2018 3500 DRW and my TPIS sensors are showing in the wrong positions. I tried doing a sensor roll test and it moved them around but not into the correct place. Does anyone know how I can get the sensor IDs without unmounting the tires?

Thanks

Only way is with a reader. Stop by a tire shop and have them read.

One thing I forgot to mention is if you buy the Homelink used make sure it's out of a 13 to 18 Ram. The 09 to 12 looks the same but will not work in the 13 and up trucks.

No I just purchased both of them just because I didn’t have an Android at first so I purchased the windows version. Then windows wasn’t working properly and I bought the android. When you purchase one you get 1 license. I’m only assuming but I’m sure he won’t keep transferring it back and forth between platforms because then he is losing money

[QUOTE="Cruisinforgold, post: 2118967, member: 81922"Not sure where to go. I've used AlfaOBD successfully to program the trailer present and lighting for my 2017 Dodge Durango (WD) and I shared this setup on this forum.

I've been trying to program a new FOB for this truck but AlfaOBD keeps saying "Failed. Requested service is not supported by the unit."

I've sent diagnostic files thru the AlfaOBD app service since May but I've received no response. I suspect AlfaOBD is not communicating properly with the Durango (WD) hub.

It will connect to my 2012 Charger for FOB programming.

Any ideas?[/QUOTE]

I'm pretty sure that you can get the sensor Id's with alphaobd thru the rf hub. However it will only pull the Id's from where the truck is reading them.

For any Durango (WD) users I've got a report from Alexey that there is a bug in the code for us that is causing the FOB connection for programming to not start.

It will be looked at next week for a possible fix for me to try.

Thanks to all for inputs.
