Solid week. Detailed inside and out plus wiped the engine bay.
today I took it to the dealership for its 64,000km oil change. $30 will be the smallest bill you can get from the dealership!
I supplied my own PUP and fram ultra filter.

Inspection time!

That's about it. Still waiting on my Bilstein 5100 leveling shocks to come in, but they're on backorder right now.

Probably good because I need to save money for our wedding anyways

I added some Z Off-road LED fogs and some smoked LED tag lights to match the tails. Still waiting on my TYCs from RetroShop to get finished and shipped. But here are the latest two mods. The night picture is with just the new fogs on. They’re extremely bright.

Wow. Fogs are bright. My lights are stock and I swore driving tonight I had no lights on. They’re terrible.

View attachment 234120 Replaced the heater core and hoses.

For the first time since I've owned the truck I have HEAT!

Pic is of old core, didn't look bad so I caught it in time, strong smell of antifreeze when heat was on. That black stuff on the lower pipe is insulation that had melted onto the pipe.
My only regret is not getting this done this past summer!
How much of a pain was it to change the core ? Thanks curious

Pulled the center cover off my stock shift knob to install my new JGR billet knob. These don't come with a center insert, but the original fits. I've had this 1.5" "revolver cylinder" domed emblem over my stock center for over 3 years, and it still looks new! They have a lot of choices, and the 1.5" fits perfect. I'm having problems with my wi-fi today (can't seem to link) so I'm posting the ebay number of the one I have, you can look at the other choices. 401376976932. Here's the new knob, plus a pic of the domed emblem/factory center. Sorry about the glare, it looks great in person.Knob-1.jpg s-l500.jpg S6302866.JPG

Bought mine (technically last week since I brought it home Wednesday) and joined the forum to dig for info as I've been a GM guy most my life. Finally made the jump to Ram.

Already got a stubby antenna on it after these pictures were taken. (I HATE the rc car look) And started getting stuff to keep in the Rambox for more efficient storage.

You might not like the stubby antenna if you use the remote start a lot.
I replaced mine with a 21" spiral steel black one.
10" shorter than stock, no signal loss.

Welcome to the forum! Nice truck.

Does the remote start share the radio antenna? I assumed it used a different one. I use the remote start a lot. I noticed the range was terrible but I remembered the EVIC telling me my fob battery was low. So I swapped the battery and noticed no difference in range on the fob.
