totally agree, if Chicago doesn't want it lets cut them out of the concealed carry law. The criminals carry why shouldn't the law abiding be able to do the same.

I was out the other day and ran across the springfield XDS .45 ACP what do you guys think about that hand gun?

It's pretty snappy with the recoil since its a small polymer .45 but I like it. Was considering one for CC but couldn't ever find one when I was ready to buy. Ended up with a subcompact XD .40 and really like it

So, when you ordered your setup did you just have to order one thing and everything pictured came with it? Or did you have to order two separate things? Like the clip setup and the holster? I was a little confused looking at the website.

Ya come with everything you need to install it. If you get confused they have a video link on there website to help.

I kind of like a crossdraw on my belt for driving, but these will make me think again. Don't like the retainer strap. Glad it is only velcroed on. Not sure it's the best for a small back tyhpe pistol, but for full size gun, it looks to be very neat.

That is pretty sweet. I've clicked on this thread a few times now just to look at it. I just picked up a s&w .40 myself and am still waiting on my CCL permit to get here before I start seriously searching for a holster but I really like that for being in the truck.

A little off topic but if y'all wouldn't mind what are some inside the waistband holsters you guys are using?

You need to shoot it and decided for yourself. I'm a big M&P fan and Glock comes in second for me because I shoot them better than Glock. I think the XD line is a good solid platform though.

I will let you know here pretty soon which I'm going to get it this week. I do like the M&P SW .45 ACP, now that fit good in my hand there where so many that I like but my funds only let me buy one for now.

Lucky you! Here they told me 4-6 weeks and this was last Thursday. But I did mine online and and got the ink less prints done so I've been reading that it should be closer to about two weeks.

I like DeSantis holsters. I have a few different brands but I always like the DeSantis ones best. As long as its a good quality holster that won't fall apart and you feel comfy with it, it works.

I know that you wish that it come early, they told me first that it will take about two week but it was only one. I got my Springfield xdm 45 today and after I picik it up I went to the ranges.

Got one love it... Also have a place on my seat belt disconnect side that my LCPL ruger 380 fits perfectly in... It's hidden in plain sight and no one even sees it

I saw a picture of a small lock box or something that the person built into the center console (with bucket seats). It looked like they cut a hole out of the bottom of the console and flush mounted it in. Looked pretty cool but I can't find it now!

Ahhhh man I know what you mean on this one, well I was looking at the S&W before I got the XDm .45 and now that I had this for about a couple of months I will be getting the XDs .45 Tuesday for my CC. I have my CCL for Washington now I took two CCW class I also will be getting my CCL for OR. and AZ. I should be good to go now for a lot of states when I traveler now.
