Hey guys,
Recently traded in my old ram 1500 for a new 5th Gen 1500 and wanted y'alls' options on Triton VSC. I'm still in the first thirty days and can cancel. Worried they may be one of the VSC's that refuse to cover anything ever but I can't find much on them.
Thanks
It was they replaced them all. I've had the truck back for two days now and it hasn't long cranked once I believe it is fixed. Gnram I would for sure have your injectors checked hope it works out for you bud.
Bumping due to having the exact same issue. The truck starts fine cold but after a drive and sitting for 10-15 minutes it long cranks sometimes starting immediately but dies as quick. The dealer has replaced the fuel pump, EGR, and cam position sensor. Currently at the dealer I figure it's going...
Had the same problem and the same fix. Just grabbed the top of the cable and bent it out a little so that it flows to the outside of the cylinder works great now. Before it would get stuck with the protector and pop the cylinder off.
Hey guys,
My truck has been trowing a P0443 code for a few weeks now. It will pop up around half a tank then disappear a few drive cycles later. I've taken it to the dealer four times for this and a few other issues this is the only one they can't pinpoint. So far they've replaced the circuit...
Hey guys,
Noticed that when I go through an automated car or when it's raining my cargo lights come on. The dash light for them will blink a few times then go solid. A few minutes after drying it will stop.
I thought maybe the water was getting into the third taillight so I sealed it with...
Updating for anyone with similar issues. Dealership replaced the gas tank stating that the pressure release was full of mud. That fixed the gas spewing issue however the truck then wouldn't accept gas for more than a few seconds without shutting the pump off. Took it back the next week and they...
Had a similar issue it did the stop and go and then stopped and started spewing gas after being filled up. Going to the dealer soon to get them to look at it.
What does your tank look like on the underside?

May have another clue in this. Just got a code for P0443 Evap Purge Control Valve. I don't fully understand how the evap system works but could it be possible that's it's the reason the tank has pressure and spews? I'm taking it to the dealer my next off week to get the check engine light fixed...
I was under the impression from the dealer that the sucked in portion was the part that held the gas, not a bladder. The fuel pump was then pulling gas from the tank causing the tank to form a vacuum sucking itself in the first time and never reforming to shape after being filled.
That being...
Also unknown if this could be related but sometimes it's hard to start cranking multiple times before turning over. I figure it's the gas pump having to fight the vacuum but I'm not sure.
Yeah, that's what I was worried about. I don't have an engine light for it yet but the vacuum may damage the pump or evap system. Local dealerships quoted me 946 for the expanded gas tank.

Hoping to get some advice.
My 2019 Ram 1500 Classic 5.7 with 22,000 miles is hard to fill up. When filled till the pump clicks it spews out a few cups worth of gas and when I only partially fill the tank it gurgles but doesn't spew which is what I've been doing.
I took it to a dealership and...
